Taoist Yoga for Balance & Aging Gracefully

This program teaches Chinese Yoga exercises for balance and musculoskeletal health. Balance exercises counteract the effects of aging, help us avoid falls and keeps the body / mind agile and alert. Balancing exercises are essential for aging gracefully. For Tai Chi and Yoga students who are beginners or experienced practitioners.
