Explore a variety of approaches in pastel with emphasis on structure, stroke, and pressure to create delicate, descriptive and luminous surfaces. Demonstrations and individual guidance will be the focus for each segment as we explore landscapes, and animal portraits, studying the effects of light and shadow on a variety of natural surfaces.
