Executive Director

Previously, Susan was the Regional Manager for AVON 39 The Walk to End Breast Cancer in Boston, MA. She worked closely with the Fundraising Director to manage the fundraising and operations for the East Coast Walks including the Boston Walk, New York Walk and the Washington DC Walk. She wore many hats in her five years with AVON 39, from Walker Coach working directly with participants to help them fundraise, to Community Organizer where she planned and hosted informational meetings throughout New England.

Susan holds a BA in Women’s Studies, graduating cum laude from Hobart & William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY. She is happy to be working in Concord in her home state of NH. She enjoys spending time with her husband, their two girls, and their dog Briar.

Lori McKinney : Program Manager

Lori’s background includes 35 years in the beauty industry, doing everything from working in salons to 11 years of teaching and several years of administrative work.

Starting as the Administrative Coordinator, Lori was quickly promoted to Program Manager, and loves creating fun and informative activities for the participants. She’s expanded GoodLife's programming to include more educational seminars on topics like, trusts and taxes as well as nature and archaeology. Her goal is to make sure that there is something at GoodLife for everyone!

Lori has lived in New Hampshire most of her life and grew up in Hampstead on Sunset Lake. Lori has 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren, who live in California and Massachusetts and enjoys any opportunity to see them!

Katelyn Patterson-Gagnon : Community Outreach Coordinator

Community Outreach Coordinator

Katelyn joined the GoodLife team in 2017 as the Administrative Assistant. After two and a half years, she moved to the position of Community Outreach Coordinator.

Prior to her time at GoodLife, she completed a degree in Political Science at New England College. After graduation, Katelyn embarked on a new journey as a Volunteer Coordinator at the International Institute of New England. While there she was responsible for recruiting and aiding volunteers in their work with Refugee Resettlement in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Katelyn is often accompanied at the office by her dog, Saco. Saco is a Service Dog and loves to play greeter at GoodLife! When they aren’t at work, Katelyn and Saco can be found working on Saco’s training or reading by the water.

Cindy Falabella : Administrative Assistant

Cindy has been a yoga instructor at GoodLife for the past 15 years. She retired in 2024 from 26 years as a school counselor to join the staff at GoodLife as an administrative assistant.

Prior to teaching yoga, Cindy earned an M.Ed. in school counseling from Rivier College, a BA in human studies from Hesser College, and an AA in early childhood education from Hesser. She has also completed her 500-hour yoga teacher training, and several specialized trainings in yoga for mental health, and seniors.

When she is not working, she loves to be doing anything outside, cuddling with her cats, and hanging out with friends and family.
