How creating art relieves stress….
•Creating art provides an activity that can allow your brain a break from usual thoughts.
•Art is a natural way to practice mindfulness: it can help us to process our challenges, boost our confidence and instill in us a sense of resilience.
•This 4-week class will provide you with studio time to relieve some of your stress, soothe the emotions through the use of art, meditation and breathing, residing in creating more space, less reactivity and more resilience, with a variety of art prompts you can incorporate into your life.
•This class is focused more on relieving stress rather than on creating a work of art.

•No previous experience with Art is necessary, just a willingness to explore and heal!
